Inn · Restaurante — Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa

Terms & Conditions

Adapted from the Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa terms (January 2025) to the restaurant context, in July 2026.

1. Scope

By making a table reservation at Inn · Restaurante — through this website, by phone or at the Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa reception — the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Booking Policy

Table reservations are subject to the restaurant's availability and are valid once confirmed. You receive a booking code and a secure link to view, change or cancel. No advance payment or card guarantee is required. The last booking is accepted up to 30 minutes before each service closes. Groups above the online limit should be arranged by phone or e-mail, so we can prepare the room and the service.

3. Cancellations and No-Show

Free cancellations are permitted up to 2 hours before the booked time, via the link you received or by phone. We hold your table for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that period without notice, the reservation may be recorded as a no-show and the table released. We appreciate the notice: it lets us offer the table to someone waiting.

4. Opening Hours

Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00, Tuesday to Sunday. Dinner from 19:00 to 22:00, Tuesday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays. Special dates and occasional closures are reflected in the online availability.

5. Use of the Facilities

The restaurant is part of the Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa and follows a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas. Pets are not permitted, without prejudice to the legal regime applicable to assistance dogs. A children's menu is available; children are welcome. The terrace is seasonal, subject to conditions and the time of year.

6. Liability

The restaurant is not liable for loss, damage or theft of customers' personal belongings on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

7. Personal Data

The processing of personal data related to table reservations is described in this website's Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Coimbra. This establishment has a Complaints Book, including the electronic format at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. Contact: inn@sweethotels.pt · +351 233 408 900 (call to a Portuguese landline).

Adapted from the terms in force on the Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa website (January 2025), with the restaurant's own reservation policy. Formal legal review is scheduled.
